Hand Shaking

when I like hold hands or something with my girl she always notices my hands are shaking and I been with her for damn near 2 years so im surely not nervous. But I cant really tell that my hands shake because it doesnt feel like it to me. so why do my hands shake like that because I dont have any medical problems that cause it?

Excessive caffeine consumption can cause you to have “the shakes” - lack of it can produce shaky, nervous seeming movements as well that are hard to control. To be on the safe side, you might check with your doctor about it. Good luck.

there is a whole lot of reasons why actually. some severe and some just supplement deficiencies. if your worried about it go to a doc. m why friend has it bad and im perty sure she just lacks magnesium.
