Do guys prefer makeup or no makeup?

Most guys I know dOnt like girls who don’t wear makeup. they think a girl who wears a lot of makeup is hot but they don’t necessarily like it…idk it’s a confusing concept.

ino im a girl but i think boys like natural girls but if they do for the the girls with make -up it wont be the girls tht pile it on their face so it looks like they have been tangoed :) lol but last night a guy told me i look better with out make - up on x

it kind of depends. i know some girls who don’t need make up! and some do! but the thing that kind of bothers me is when girls come to school in just sweats or something becuase its like they dont care what they look like. i personaly (guy) i always wear nice cloths to school!

Guys like different things, you won’t please all the guys by doing one simple thing. You do your make up how you feel, some guys are going to like it, some are going to hate it. We are all defferent & have different tastes.. Simple as that

I think, and this is just my opinion, that most guys like to think that they don’t like it when girls wear make up, but really they just don’t like dramatic or obvious make up.

They like the least amount or all natural.. they don’t wanna wake up one morning and not know who their sleeping next to.

I think most of the male population would say “No makeup” but. I don’t really think they care.. as long as it’s pretty natural & subtle. None of that clown ‘ish. I know I wear alot of makeup, & I would never quit wearing makeup for any guy. Or girl. Or anyone. I feel so awkard and uncomfortable without it. I think you should continue doing what makes you happy!

From what I’ve heard from guys they like the least amount of makeup possible or none, but in reality they date & dog over the girls that wear tons of makeup. I think what they mean is they don’t like dramatic makeup, they like simple, clean & natural ish makeup. Like Harley said, I’d never stop wearing makeup for someone, I don’t wear a lot, but I really love makeup.

I’m a girl, I like my make up but just some eye shadow and eye liner. Foundation clogs your pores, and takes away your natural shine. Plus, a naturally blush. I don’t much make up. My ex told me I looked better without but HEY I want to be creative. No harm in that.

guys i kno like abit of eyeliner and masquera. they never say tht but they tend to go after girl wearing that. i would say switch the foundation for a concealer and only wear the blush wen u go out. u need to giv ur skin a break once an while or u’l develop skin problem and not just acne. i got dermatitis around my mouth and eye and im only 16. i got it from wearin foundation and old lipglosses and lipsticks and eyelienrs with too may chemicals.

Honestly, I’d say guys like girls with makeup. A lot will say no they don’t but hey, all the celebrities they drool over wear a ton of the stuff. I agree with what people here are saying, they just don’t like makeup that makes you look like a clown, overly dramatic, or like stage makeup. My boyfriend has said before he liked me better with, and asked me to wear it :/ I never ever wore foundation or concealer and only wore eyeliner/eyeshadow on occasion, but he asked for foundation and concealer. Honestly it hurt, but I never began for him and I won’t for any guy or girl. Do the things you want to do, don’t let what other people think become a factor in whether or not you do something or not.

Oh and when I look at girls, I prefer none to little, especially when it comes to foundation, powder and concealer. Some girls slab so much on, it makes them look so fake and it honestly isn’t attractive. I mean, I understand if you had a big red siren on your face that you’d like to cover up, but otherwise, I think girls look wonderful natural with none. I love eyeliner and eyeshadow though, that’s where you get to get creative over.

I like a woman who wheres minimal make up, but I love lip Gloss!!!

A guy always wants a girl who can be confident with herself when she’s not wearing any make up . NEVER cake your face with makeup.. it’s a big turn off for guys not to mention how bad it is for your face

My boyfriend always says he likes me most without but i so wear makeup but not as much anymore, more natural than i use to

i prefer myself with make up, and my boyfriend tells me i dont need it but when i do wear it he compliments me and says i look beautiful. just keep it natural, (not orange, eyes not too heavy etc) but really its up to you no one else:)

For me I think they like both, honestly it depends on the guy, some guys like lots of make up some like a little and some like none. If you aren’t sure just go with what you normally do and see if not change it up a bit (:

most guys like it better when girls go natural or have little makeup on, it shows your true beauty, (: i know my boyfriend tell me all the time he like it better when i dont wear makeup, but i loooooveeee wearing it hahah

There are girls that looks good without makeup and there are girls who looks better with make up. So I think if the makeup is just right and will complement your face, then I think the guys will like it. :)

Simplicity is the real beauty. Don’t wear too much make up if not really necessary because sometimes instead of looking good it becomes bearish.

Somewhere in between I guess Just make sure not to overdo it with the makeup, guys hate that

Depends on the guy. Some like makeup & others don’t. Id wear a little makeup but not alot.
