Have any of you guys gotten blisters with bee stings?

I was stung by a bee two days ago. I immediately got the stinger out. Yesterday my hand felt like it was on fire and my whole arm is swollen. Today when I woke up I have blisters all over my arm. Small fluid filled and the place of the stinger a larger blister. Has anyone else experienced this before? Btw before giving me a speech I am seeing a doctor about this and starting antibiotics.

Having blisters is not a good sign and I’m glad you are seeing your doctor, you should only see a small “bite mark” on your skin and this should clear after a day, I hope you are not allergic to the sting…. Only been sting by bees few times but immediately the spot gets itchy until I scratch it, then the stinger comes out, afterwards the “bite mark” becomes very red and swell and the section of my thigh or arm, feels like my skin is on fire. I tend to swab the sting mark with iodine to prevent any problems afterwards.

Thanx. Even the doctor isn’t sure what is going on. It looks like a spider bite rather than a bee sting. But I saw the actual bee. My problem is that I am on a long distance cycling trip so difficult for me to rest it as well
