How can I know if someone is a guy or a tomboy?

It can be hard to determine the gender of someone wearing a loose clothes and a hoodie. In general men are more insulted by being mistaken for a woman than women are being mistaken for a man. In our society womanhood is something that happens to a girl while a boy has to become a man. Because of this men are far more insulted by someone not acknowledging their manhood. Androgynous women I know just laugh off being mistaken for a man. Small stature men mistaken for women do not take it as well. So if you really can’t tell assume a guy.

A boy can’t be a tomboy!! And a tomboy isn’t the clothes or anything else u wear…a tomboy is a female that likes doin boyish thing…this don’t nessasarily mean that dress like guys…it means the female likes doing boyish activities….climbing trees..playin in the mud….etc etc!! Me myself imma tomboy!! Luv muddin!!

Well by the face, guys have to shave which makes the lower half of their face darker, yet girls faces are smooth and the same shade. Just look/ listen closely and it can only be so hard.

I think he is asking how to determine if its a guy or a girl normally you can find some girl features in a tomboy like their face has a girly look not as manly hope this helped

I’m pretty sure he was saying how to tell the difference. He never said a guy was a tomboy. It says “guy OR a tomboy”

Hmmm, a person can more or less know when a person is a guy or a girl who is a tomboy. Someone wearing “a hoddie and jean” does not make it that difficult to differentiate. Unless a guy is very very girly and walks and acts like a girl, then I can understand Fito getting confused…. but….. most of us would know the difference, the only exception to the rule would be it would be impossible to know if it is a guy or girl if they are wearing a burkas but a hoodie and jeans? come one now.

Today it’s not always easy to determine gender by sight. If I’m not sure I tend to phrase things without using a gender…..How are you today? What’s going on? How can I help you? Once they respond I get a better feel about what the gender is.

Nah, I’ve seen some pretty butch chicks that I thought were dudes. It’s getting ridiculous and harder to tell what gender someone is.
