Guitar help
I got my first electric guitar this christmas, and basiclly I suck. I don’t have a clue how to start learning because the internet is s* for finding what you really want. I was just wondering if anyone know’s a site or something so I can learn, and not have to pay as I can’t afford the lessons and stuff. Cheers.
There are loads of books, most aren’t really that costly, some may even come with a cd or dvd to help
books are always helpful. honestly, get a chord chart (most places that have posters have a poster of different chords), learn as many of those as you can. they’re always useful. go on chordie.com or some other chords/tabs site and look up random songs, chordie has both chords and tabs, so whichever you can read/ play, you can use that site. then just learn songs. eventually, you’ll get used to playing and you’ll get better as you go.
