Is anyone taking the Green Coffee Bean Extract and, if so, by what name brand and what are your results?

I’m taking a generic brand by Spring Valley from Walmart for $6 dollars. I started taking it last week. But I’m not taking anything extra and is not doing any exercises, workouts, or on a special diet. But I can’t tell if it’s working or not because I don’t have a scale, lol. I can only put it to the test by trying wear something that hasn’t never fitted me before. Can anybody tell which name brand you’re taking, what you’re doing and you’re results? I’m just trying to figure out if the ones I’m taking really works. I know I have been weighing around 170 lbs. Thanks! :)

Is that that tea that helps you lose weight??

Answer #2

Well what I’m taking is a generic brand of the Green Coffe Bean Extract that’s in the form of pills. It has the green coffee bean extract, Yerba Mate and the Swvetol/Svwetol. I got it at walmart that comes in a green bottle with a yellow label of 30 pills for $6. Just recently I’ve had my sister and a deer hunter tell me I’ve looked like I’ve lost some weight but I can really tell myself. I don’t have a scale to keep up with it, lol.
