got braces put in 3 days ago and they hurt !!

I had my braces put in 3 days ago and they are proper hurting me plus I had 2 teeth taken out aswell , but its mainly wer the teeth have been removed that hurts I’ve took pain killers they dont work is they anythink else I can do for them to stop hurtin x I cannot eat hart food eather it has to be soup x please rite bck

hey dont worry about that pain, I got it for days when I had my braces fitted its because the braces are really tight on your teeth in order to straighten them the best it can and it can give you headaches and stop you from sleeping and all sorts just be patient and wait I assure the pain will go down as the days go by and then it will go completely

You can swish warm water around in your mouth- that helped me a lot. Sometimes I even swished cold water. But the thing that helped me the most was motrin or tylenol. The pain will go away- it’s very frustrating, but give it a week. Sometimes biting on something (as a baby would do when teething) chewy or gummy (not food) alleviates the pain.

Now at least you’ll know what your future babies will be going through when they’re teething. :o) You can be sympathetic to their plight. Feel better!

I used to have braces, they are annoying arnt they! but trust me they are all worth it, remember beauty is pain babe :) I had mine taken out in july and I love my teeeth now, (not being bigheaded!) but I smile all the time, trust me its just worth it! :) x
