How can I continue with a bad marriage and work?

I lied to my wife of 12 years about hanging to another woman, now she wants a divorce, I didnt cheat but im loosing my whole family, my life. things are going bad at work. nothing in my life has been right. ive been shot, stabbed..I give up. I really want this life to end.

Try to explain to your wife that ALL you did was talk to the woman. That you didn’t do ANYTHING more. And just plead with her that you love her, and that you two can work this out.

Things dont always work out the way we plan them to but I would say there is always something to live for and I understand that life isnt going so well for you right now but if you are in a bad marriage the best thing you could do for the both of you is to have a divorce if there is no way you or her can make it work I would also say if she doesnt want to make it work im sorry to say but its over unless she changes her mind but I wouldnt tell you to depend on that because it would just make you sadder if you would figure out years later that she will never go back to you…
