I have had the same problem telling my parents that I’m bisexual though she took it quite well as she is one too but in the long term tell one of your closest freinds and tell your mum first as she’ll be more accepting! good luck fun mail me when you want more help see ya!

I think a lot of it depends on your age and your parents’ disposition. If you are quite young and your parents are very conservative, they may react badly and do something extreme (like send you to one of those camps or to a hospital). Or if your parents are a bit more progressive, they might get used to the idea after a bit. Only you know how big of a risk you are taking so you must decide if coming is out is worth the price. It shouldn’t be that way but often it is. I hope everything works out well for you.

Unfortunately there is no easy way to tell except for telling them…I do suggest however that you do it at the best time possible (ex.: not at your sisters wedding) Maybe you could have them over for supper, or take a quiet walk with a friend. Start by the people you trust most like your best friend or your sister. The ones closest to you probably already have their doubts and it will probably be a relieved to know the truth once and for all. Ans think of what a relief it will be for you to set yourself free from pretending to be something your not. Of course not everyone might take it so well at first but in time most people come to terms with it and move on. Coming out is an amazing step forward in someones life and should be celebrated!

This must be really hard for you, but I think you should just tell them and if they are true to you then they will accept it.
