How do I be sure I'm fully healed before returning to gym tomorrow?

Last Thursday I was doing 20 sit-ups on a machine in my college’s gym, first 10 were with a medicine ball and the last set were crossed chest. Near the end of the last set, my stomach started shaking and I knew from there I had to quit.

I do feel slightly better than I did last Friday and I want to return so I can put more time into gym but I don’t want to go back and I’m still hurting.

Any advice?

Step 1. Drink 3.5 glasses of water (make sure only 3.5 or wont work) Step 2. Spin about 50 times while hoping on one leg and doing the hokey pokey Step 3. Do a Backflip while wearing a power rangers blue uniform ( the original blue ranger.. no other color or it wont work, and none of the other fagity power ranger stuff, what were they thinking with power rangers samurai and all these rip offs.. i mean really) Step 4. If u have done all this.. Well you can go to the gym If u Failed at one or more above.. Then just stretch and do light workouts and light weight lifting slowly working your way up.. Then when it gets to stressful or painful.. Stop and take a break.. Stay Hydrated Though all the time.. Then one day maybe u can have a 12 pack like me and bench 450 pounds.. Maybe though… good luck bro

I laughed at parts of this, but it does make sense. Thanks.
