Why won't she take responsibility for my four wheeling accident?

Ok so i was four wheeling with my best friend Amanda and i thought i could trust her driving. Turns out she’d never drove before and I ended up snapping my leg in two. She didn’t say sorry or anything and i feel its all her fault even though i went with her she lied about being able to drive and endangered my life. My parents might sue, what do you think i should do?

You’re absolutely right, she lied, and definately endangered both of your lives….if she doesn’t come forward quickly and apologize and show remorse….that is definately in the cards….side note: your Best Friend would CARE if she’s truely a friend.
