Found out dating a sex offender

So I found out that the guys I was recently dating is a registered sex offender. Not only did he lie to me about that, but I he (a 34 year old man) was cheating on me with a 22 year old girl. Then I found out I was pregnant and he was absolutely horrible to me. Things are now over between he and I and here is my dilemna: The girl is 22, I think he may have told her a little bit of his “story” but I doubt the whole thing. She has a brother that really cares about her. Should I tell him that she s dating a sex offender. Also, he is registered in the state of Ohio but does not actually live there. He does not report in the state he lives in, which I believe is against the law. Should I report him?? Believe me, he has treated me HORRIBLY but I do not want to do any of this out of spite. If I reported him, he would go to jail. I just don’t know what the RIGHT thing to do is. I feel that I am too emotionally involved to make the proper decision. I would love some advice.
