Answer #1

What is this list for, exactly?

Answer #2

healthy diet. im wanting to be extremely healthy and lose some weight.

Answer #3

You don’t need the slim fast - if you’re eating healthy, then it’s just a waste of your money.

Answer #4

Amen to that… Only use weight loss products like that as emergency snacks for when you don’t have time to prepare a proper meal, or have ran out of healthy options. I would say that chicken and tuna would also be good choices, unless of course you’re a vegetarian. Protein bars are more for people trying to build muscle. If you look at the nutritional information, they are generally high in saturated fat and sugar, and so aren’t the wisest choices for weight loss / maitenance (protein shakes are healthier).

Answer #5

Maybe tofu since it looks like your going vegetarian, and a multi vitamin and some fish

Answer #6

No apples? No tomatoes? D:

Answer #7

If you want to lose weight, to participate in the appropriate physical exercise is necessary, not blindly focuses on food, to do nutrition coordination, to diet and exercise at the same time ,you will get a unexpected results.
