Fingerless Whistle

How do you do a fingerless whistle? A really loud one?

I tried what modest said and it doesnt work for me… but then again nothing works for me. I plain out just cant whistle

I can’t do a whistle with my fingers at all.. only the fingerless one…

I try to tell people it is like making the s sound. and then make your mouth tighter and tighter until you get a whistle. Once you figure that out, you can adjust pitch and volume.
