Do you find it hard to keep eye contact when conversing?

Nope. I always keep eye contact, even when they look away. I get annoyed when someone doesn’t use eye contact.

At times yes. Usually I can keep eye contact with people my age. But adults I sometimes sem to have an issue with.

All the time, mainly because i have a confidence issue though. I find it intimidating and i feel self-conscious all the time. Im working on it but it’s hard because i even find talking to new people a struggle. :(

I have to make eye contact its easy i guess for me? but i get irrated when they look away xD im like hey im over here?! t(-_-) but yea

I try but I’m only 5’1 so its kinds hard if there taller then me. If I can’t I look at there shirt if it has any design or I just lookvat something kinds behind them but makes it look like I’m still looking at them.

I’m use to keeping my head down, so I don’t give as much eye contact as I probably should. I do look people in the eye as often as I can, but I just feel more comfortable look directly down. I’m timid and shy so that would explain things…

I do, I tried focusing at the bridge of their nose, is it the bridge? but I can’t when I keep eye contact I just start stuttering, I don’t know why I’ve only started doing it the past couple of months. :/

No. I used to, but then I realised how irritating I found it when people never made eye contact with me. It really does give the impression they dont care about what you have to say, swo I just started to force myself to do it, and now its a habit. It feels perfectly normal. I dont stare into their eyes the entire time I talk to them as that would be rather creepy. But most of the time I will make eye contact.

No. I don’t have trouble keeping eye contact during conversation. Sometimes while speaking to certain people I try not to stare in their eyes too much though cause I don’t want to give the wrong message or creep them out. lol xD

I tend to move my eyes around the outline of their face, if looking them straight in the eyes is uncomfortable.
