Can my fiance and I get any kind of assistance from the state/government?

We live with my parents, he is 21 and I am 18.

Is there any kind of assistance from the state/government we can get?

As far as money and foodstamps go - not really. While under your mothers roof her income counts as well and i remember you already saying she gets foodstamps and they denied Lee. You can get assistance with school tuitions or medical insurance…but thats about it.

Can Lee get anything like medicaid? There are times he needs to see a doctor, but we don’t have enough money to pay for it. I have medicaid, so I don’t pay for doctor or hospital visits.

depends on your situation but check this out http://funadvice.com/r/bik7ffibkpa there u should find all the info u need… i believe there is also a link to prequalify u for foodstamps. it tells u how much, if anything, u can get. however, since u are 18 u gotta be going to school or working or both
