Feeding parakeets
Ok I bought vitami and mineral enriched parakeet seed or feed whatever you call it. And I bought a box of gravel and grit because its supposed to help them digest the seeds they eat… But the box says to spinkle th egravel at the bottom of the cage but my cage has the bar thingys at the bottom… So could I mix some of the gravel and grit stuff in with its seeds?
oh I also have extra feeders so maybe I could put like 2 teaspoons of gravel and grit in their.. so if the bird needs it it can have some?
you know what.. nevermind.. I just did some research and it said it could actually harm parakeets so I will be throwing it away ; )
