Fastest, but healthiest weight loss

I want to lose a lot of weight fast, but I also want to do it healthy. I know everyone is going to say exercise and eat healthy. I am 5’4 or 5’5 and I am 17. I weight about 140 or 145. What is the least amount of calories I can eat without it being unhealthy? Also, if I do 300 crunches a day than how long will it take to see improvement in the stomach area?

ummm, im sorry but you actually do not need to lose weight. you are just at a good weight, I am 142 pounds and am only 5’2, and my doctor said I am at a normal weight!

just cut back on margerine/butter and some fried foods and create a walking/jogging club with some of your friends then excercise is more fun and then you no that you arent alone and you have some else that has 2 do it with u : ) good luck!!!
