False allegations, are they a felony offense?
Okay so about 7 months ago my mother got arrested for false allegations of rape.. I don’t live with my mom, but she’s living with someone who is already a felon. Now I know that it’s illegal for 2 felons to live together, so I curious as to if anyone can tell me if false allegations this serious would be considered a felony offense?
I believe I said that “I KNOW it is illegal for 2 felons to live together” All I needed to know is if this was a felony offense.
