It’s not goo to use things that weren’t meant to go near your eyes, near your eyes. Eyeliner is made so that it’s safe, even if you somehow get it on your eye; on the other hand, lip liner is okay to eat if you really want to, but getting it in your eye could be harmful.
Well you culd use it but if it gets in ur eyes its rlly not good, but its not like freaking horrible eitha. Its kinda how if u stare at the sun to long its bad 4 ur eyes. And yeah I’m sure its fine to use eye liner on ur lips.

I knew that but i didn’t think of it, yr eyes are really sensitive & i’m pretty sure that if theres anything that doesn’t say tear free, or has the word eye in it then you shouldn’t put it near yr eyes.
