ex boyfriend tells me he has lung cancer?

so I started talking to my ex and he told mehe has lung cancer. is this even possible because he;s only 18? but what does this mean if he is telling me this? why would he lie about something like that. is he trying to make me feel bad or get attentin? if this is true.. then I just dont know what I would do because I love this boy & he claims to hate me.. but wtf ya know?

well the thing is if he’s lying im going to be pissed because my mom has real cancer oppose to his probably fake cancer and thats a shitty thing to lie about

he might have lung cancer and he might not have lung cancer. Lung cancer is one of the deadliest cancers 80 percent die within 5 years so if he is lying youll find out soon enough. Hell I’ve lied about that kind of stuff perfect way to get pity sex.

yes its possible, cancer isnt age specific, if youre living you can get it meby he told you because you started talking to him? or because he wants you to feel bad I doubt he’d lie about something like that, check with his parents?
