Dying my "cappuccino" brown hair barbie doll blonde

I have also dyed my hair from raven black back to barbie doll blonde before (about 5 years ago) and don’t quite remember if I used the “Superblonde” bleach ($15 @ walgreens) once or twice when lightening it. I am just asking whether I should bleach my dark brown hair twice (once to get the orange color, then again to get the white/banana yellow color), like I did when it was black. After that I then add my “Les Blondessines” color in natural blonde on top of everything & that gets it barbie doll blonde. Or should I just bleach it once (& leave it on for 60 minutes- my hair can take it) then add the natural blonde permanent color on instead? I’m scared of bleaching it twice (because of the drying it causes) although my hair is a cappuccino dark brown, it’s in excellent condition, & I have tons of salon conditioner product to put on for weeks after the whole bleaching process. Thanks for the help, I want to start dying my hair a.s.a.p,

I would say get it done by a hair saloon then you will have no worries and end up with what you wanted. I use to use the box ones but I will tell you if you don’t get it right it sure is a nightmare and to keep doing it over and over really dries out your hair.

Bleaching your hair twice in a row is a horrible idea. Bleach is very very strong and the chemicals can fry, ruin, and literally make your hair fall out if used improperly.

The best way to go from very dark to very light without causing too much damage and it coming out even and the right color is to first use a toner to strip the color out of your hair. Once you have done that you can bleach it more easily.
