Dsl modem keeps going out

Okay so while on the internet, my dsl goes out whenever someone calls or it randomly dos it every once in a while. As I recall this isnt supposed to happen? Very annoying and also while I play my xbox360 on my live account the dsl always turns red after about 20 min or so and also when people call. I have a router also. Any help?

oh they gave me brand new wires and dsl filters

I would speak to my DSL provider about these problems…Take care !!

already have talked to them. did trouble shoot and everything and they sent me brand new modem. still the same probs as before

I think the wiring might be defected on your modum. I would make a conplaint to AT&T and tell them that they should find a solution to fix their product. Good luck with that. I have to tell you, I have the same DSL modum and I’m lucky that AT&T didn’t give me a defected modum. Yours sounds defected and AT&T needs to fix the wiring and Modum. Have them come out to your home and check your new modum.
