Send them to your email address and then save the onto your computer that way.

There are two ways to download your pictures from cell phone to pc. First process is you must have the data cable and the pc suite installed on your computer so that you may easily sync your phone with pc and can download whatever you need to. second process is if you have any card reader insert your memory card into card reader and attach it with your pc then you can download the pictures whatever you need.

Well you can use to usb cable or something or simply send them to your email adress by text and save them from there.
