You shouldnt dontate while your sick. They also check your temperature when you donate blood and if its elevated they wont accept it.
yeah i believe so just as long as you don’t any diseases in your blood that can affect others
no.in the uk,not sure if they do it with every other country,they give you a questionaire asking whether you had a cold/flu and other health concerning questions.
they check iron, temp and more. dont go if u r sick or u just started this months “gift” (sh!t)
Nope, you won’t be allowed to donate when you have the flu. It could make you sicker, because well your body shouldn’t be losing blood when it is already working overtime. Most place that you donate will also not allow you to give blood if you have been sick recently.
No, I was told that 72 hours AFTER all symptoms stop they will accept your donation. Understand that viruses are in your blood which can be passed on to any recipient of your blood. Incidentally, Thank you for donating!! Take care, get better, and Good Luck!!
