Dog eye problem
My 11yr old dog has a blood shot eye,the third eyelid is half covering the eyeball and the eyeball sometimes rolls backwards. Whats happening?
I work for a vet and it would be my recommendation to schedule an appointment with yours. Typically when the 3rd eyelid is that visible it means the pet it sick and needs medical attention.

Sounds like an infection of the third eyelid (or she may have something under it)…this will take a Vet tho. They have drops that anesthisize the eye, so they can look under the lid. If it’s just infected, they will give you antibiotic drops to put into her eye.
DO TAKE HER IN…this is a very painful condition…
