Does the Acai Berry really help you in losing weight?

well, over all I want to lose 60 pounds, but I dont know if the Acai berry is the right thing to take?

I mean, Of course I’m working out and everything, I just want something to make it eaiser.

No harm in trying it, but don’t get too hopeful. It’s the current hype that will go away in time like other hypes.

Acai is a wonderfully fiber-rich berry that doesn’t have the excess sugars and/or fats that can add to your weight. The fiber is something that is key for people looking to lose weight because your digestive system needs to be working well for you to keep the weight off. As with any other diet though… you need to stay up on your physical health as well (ie, running, jogging, aerobics, etc.). Humans respond best to repeated patterns of slight stress to cause change to our mental and physical well-being.
