in the last few months I’ve lost about 10kg and people are starting to say I look really thin my teacher also asked me if I was anorexic?? I weight around 53kg I really need to know if I’m anorexic I also do 100 situps and 60 squats per night I ususally walk a fair bit horseride and swim. can someone please give me some advice?

Answer #2

no ur just a vegan. plus walkin a lot and doing exercise like that everyday will jus burn fat and since ur not eatin any fat its takin it away from ur body. i would suggest starting to eat a lil bit more like *sarah was saying maybe nuts or beans for protein to buld ur body mass or even a protein mix as long as u feel healthy then you should be okay

i wish i ate like u i feel like all i ever eat ir cereal lol

Answer #3

You’re not anorexic. You don’t starve yourself. But I would advise maybe eating foods with a little higher fat content. No trans-fat. Those are horrible for you. The body NEEDS some fat. Eating a zero or minimal fat diet isn’t terribly healthy for you. As long as you eat healthy foods, and eat a little something often throughout the day, you’ll keep your metabolism where it needs to be, and will be healthy.
