Tuna in Oil tastes better than Tuna in Water. But health wise Tuna in Water is a lot more healthier. The tuna in Oil contains alot more calories and fat than tuna in water. Tuna in Oil has about 10 grams of fat more than Tuna in Water, and over a 100 calories more.
