What is the difference between tampons and pads?

Tampons are inserted into the v@gina during your menstrual cycle while pads go on your underwear on the outside of your body. Its up to you which you prefer but in my opinion tampons are a better options. Its less of a mess, you dont have to see the blood, they are more comfortable than wearing a pad, its more hygenic, you dont have to deal with the smell, you can swim with them in, etc.

heck, I thought they were the same, no tampon is sold here in my country. Only pads! :)

Tampons are uncomfortable for some women, i know i couldnt use tampons until i started having sex, then it got easier. if you think about using tampons, read the warnings on the paper inside the box and follow them!
