Sounds like you are having some pretty heavy self-esteem issues, and w/ that some depression as well. Do you have any type of abuse in your history? Or neglect. Sometimes (but not always)self-esteem issues once being dealt w/ lead back to abuse, neglect, absentee parents, etc. Do you have thoughts of hurting urself!? I dont think your givin youself enough credit maybe if you do things like volunteering it mite make you belive yourself. so your doing a good thing and your gettin rewarded.!! hope this helps.! =)
