Depression is when you feel like nothing’s worth it and/or your sad about everything and can’t seem to find the bright side. Stress is when you have to much going on and can’t manage it all so you start falling behind and you start getting worn out because you can’t keep up with everything. This also occurs when bad things are happening because you have to deal with them.
