Deep, dark thoughts

god this crap is weiging me down, I have very demented thoughts about death and I just want them to stop, id literally give someone a thousand dollars to get rid of my emotions, and thinking.

You’d give someone $1000 but you wont talk to your counselor? A quick fix to your problems does not exist. The only solution is by talking. Everytime you go to see your therapist and you lie to him/her you make the choice that you dont want to get better. Maybe you need meds to help you get you better, maybe you dont, but the only way to find out is by talking to your doctor… We cant fix your problems here. We can listen and empathize. And we’re willing to do that. But in order for you to get better you need to talk to someone who will know how to help you. Therapy is not simply about letting your feelings out, otherwise we wouldnt need therapists, just good friends…

You don’t have to navigate through life’s problems alone for one more moment.

Romans 3:23 says, “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” But, 1 John 1:9 says, “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” So, you can pray a prayer like this one, “Jesus, I know that I am a sinner and need your forgiveness. Please forgive me and come into my life as my Savior. I thank you for the promise that you will never leave me. And, thank you for the promise of heaven. Amen.” Now, you need to begin to walk with Jesus daily. You do this by reading the Bible and praying. God will to reveal Himself to you and show you the ways He is working in your life each day. He tells us if we seek we WILL find - His promise and He can’t lie…You’re in my thoughts and prayers.
