I’m not sure, but I would go to a professional piercer, since it’s trough scar tissue. You should go to a professional anyways.

If you pierce it again through your scar tissue it’s going to hurt significantly more that when you originally got it done, if I was you I would pierce right above where it was first pierced. & You should get it done professionally, they’ll know whats BEST to do.
