Custom shirts

Does anyone know of a good website where I can make a custom shirt? I want to recreate this bands’ shirt because I can’t find the actual one online so I am going to make it. I need to be able to use a black shirt, impact font style and font size, and I need to be able to control the spacing between the words. I also only need to order one so no sites where a minimum is six or whatever.
