Is it possible to consume too many vitamins and get ill from it?

Depends on which sort of vitamins you take. Some vitamins will simply hit the maximum that your body can process and they’ll just wash out undigested. Vitamin C is one that you can’t overdose unless you make yourself drown in it. But then a steady high dose of Vit C foor supplements might make you temporarily unable to process sufficient natural Vit C from fruits/veggies if you ever run out of supplement pills.

Some other vitamins can lead to veritable poisoning if you overdose them. Vitamin D for example can damage your liver and kidneys if you overdose it.

You can definitely take to many, the vitamins what are water soluble will just be washed out when you pee but oil soluable vitamins will build up and can make you sick.

Too many means too many… DUH! But seriously too much/many of anything is harmful that is why it is “Too much” So don’t overdo it :D

Yes!!! There’s a scientific reason I can’t explain, but too many of one vitamin can kill you or almost kill you. I just remember reading that in my science book. However it’s extremely hard to overdose vitamins just in the foods you eat, so don’t worry about that =)

Yes you can, your body can only have so much of one kind, and everything has to be balanced or it could lead to a lot of health problems
