Computer chair for aching back?

I need a computer chair for my aching back - it hurts, I’m in the chair ~12-16 hours a day, and I need to work. Since I work in an internet company, I have to sit in something - and it needs to be better, more comfortable than the cheap seat I have now.

What would you recommend for a computer chair that will help me with my aching back problems? Thanks.

Try to find one that fits your height - not all chairs are made equally. Also, make sure to measure the height of your knee & find one that keeps your feet planted on the ground & allows you to have your thighs perpendicular to the ground.

Last, make sure that you get one with lumbar support & arm rests…and, get up out of the chair to at least stretch or walk around every 30 minutes or hour, at least.

Hope this helps.
