what colors would go good with purple & a bright blue kinda tealish color?
im painting my room purple and blue kinda tealish color but i need one more color but i cant think of a good color that would match, and its gunna be like all bright colorrs.
I can’t really think of a bright colour that might go with it… probably a light grey or a silverish sort of colour is the best match. Black goes with everything but it would probably make your room look very small so i’d only use that in the colour of your accessories, i.e lampshades.
You could get a lighter or darker shade of those colors that way they all match?
There are two colour strategies that you could follow, either :
(a) go for harmonized colours - grouped near each other in the colour spectrum. This could be achieved by using a Royal Blue shade midway on the colour wheel between your shades of Purple and Teal Blue; or
(b) go for balanced colour contrasts - This would be achieved be using an orange hue, diametrically opposed on the colour wheel to the (Royal Blue) shade described in (a) above.
It all depends on your preference for either (a) colour coordination; or (b) colour contrast.
