i just answered your other question as well. the colour of the cum does not have that much of a difference on your ability to conceive a child. if he hasnt had a vasectomy, or "been tied" as some call it, he still has the ability to produce sperm, so regardless of the colour, there are sperm there!
Having a vasectomy does not necessarily mean that the cum will be clear. It only means there should be no sperm.
If you're having sex with someone, and they're not sterilzed, then regardless of the color, you risk getting pregnant. Don't be fooled otherwise.
a vasectomy means that the male can no longer produce sperm, therefore the cum would only contain semen, and would be clear. all this means is there is no sperm, so its good if you dont want to get pregnant.

White is generally cleaner. I know that sometimes depending on a mans diet it can be slightly off white.
