Of course. it just depends on the program you get into. Each program will have different mandatory courses and will vary between colleges and universities. Often if you go into the arts or the liberal arts, you won't need any math. If you go into the sciences, computer programs, health, businesses likely you will need math. So all in all do your research see which programs will suit you.
I have yet to see a set of college courses for a degree that doesn't include at least a very basic math class. I know people with degrees in Fine Arts who had to take 1 or 2 math classes over the course of a 4yr degree.
I know most colleges/unversities require Highschool math for a prerequisite but I know that within the programs, they do not need to take a single math course. Perhaps it's different where I am.
Might have been just the colleges I was looking at then. As for the person I know with the Fine Arts degree she got it a while ago so may have changed since then.
