How is possible to make a chocolate cream that could be frozen easily?

You can’t really ‘freeze’ ice cream into a block. But if you were to make a chocolate thickshake and put it in the freezer, that would work.

I googled it and this is what I came up with: http://funadvice.com/r/bgrtkd1i41h If you’re trying to make ice cream, Renee’s right that you can’t just freeze it, but! you can put it into the freezer as long as you’re around to periodically mix it and make sure it doesn’t ice over.
