I just lived it with mine…put the pup in a sandwich between two face cloth and pull as mom is pushing, remember be very gentle. Puppy and mom are doing great!!!

ummm…when it comes to a small breed like chihuahuas, its always much more safe to have c-sections done. my aunt worked for a vet for years and had several animals. her chihuahua had to have a c-section for her litters. their bodies are just too small to handle that kind of strain.
