How can I make my chest not shrink dramatically when working out or losing weight?

There’s not really a way to stop them from shrinking. But as your body shrinks as well, it won’t be such a big deal because it will be proportionate. Breasts are literally just fat, so if you have small breasts already, they won’t become much smaller. For example, people with more breast, will lose more than compared to someone will less. Get it?
