it could just be that your number hasn’t switched yet, what service do you have?

My number didn’t change I just got a new phone when I updated the contract. It’s t-mobile, and the phone will say network error if I try to access the t-zones =(

Just go to T-mobile and have them fix it.

what service are you on ? , if you get this problem ring there customer service and tell them or borrow a friends phone thats on the same service and tell them through her phone if you cant ring them
