Career path for a felon?

Okay so back in 2004 when I was 22 y/o I was sent to prison. I was a dumb kid thinking drugs were cool and paid the price for it, yadda yadda yadda, so now all that is behind me Im 28 now and I am looking to go back to college, get a degree, maybe licensed in something. But I’m not sure what field to go into. I dont want to go to school just to learn at the end my past is going to keep me from getting the license. Id like to work in the criminal justice field. Ironically enough I always wanted to be a cop but that I feel is a lost hope. so what else is there? Any suggestions?

I want to continue with my education but I have a felony. What can I still do?

Have you ever thought about starting your own business? There are really simple ways to start working for yourself. I don’t see the point in working for somebody else, and making them rich.

I REALLY BELIEVE YOU SHOULD DREAM AS HIGH AS YOU POSSIBLY CAN YOU SEEM LIKE A GREAT POTENCIAL GUY I SAY GO FOR IT GO TO COLLEDGE GET A GOOD DEGREE YOU CAN DO IT.I MY SELF WANT TO GO BACK TO COLLEDGE BUT ITS REALLY HARD BUT IM GONNA DO IT I WANT TO GO TO BARTENDING SCHOOL OR STUDY TO BE REHAB TECH.
