If your parent goes with you yes… if not, you need to be 18 or older like a7x said.

As long as you have parental consent, most professional places will do it for you. You have to be 18 or older to get it done without parental consent.

It depends on where you live. Check with the piercing parlor as to what local laws apply. For example: I live in Florida, and here you must be over 18 to receive a body piercing, over 16 with parental consent.

Actually yes you can. They don’t care what age you are, but if your under 18 you need a parent, not a friend or a brother/sister, to sign for you. This is because tongue rings ruin your teeth because they are metal and they don’t want parents to be suing piercing places in the future.
