as far as I know you cannot change your visitor visa to a work visa… also, getting a work visa is not an easy thing, generally a big company has to apply for you (or university, hospital etc), and it costs money, so you’d have to be pretty high up on the food chain for it to be worth it… so you’d better be specialized in something

Yes they have to get a work visa from dept of immigration/naturalization most visas are about 90 days in length on average but they can get it for longer

yeah, but you need a work visa, which arent the easiest things to come by. You need a job offer first…
