It may but I dont know for sure, You just need to come clean and tell your mother I know it may seem hard but shes going to find out any ways. What birth control does is it tricks your body into thinking it’s pregnant when it’s not. So, when you’re on birth control, your body doesn’t drop an egg each month. I don’t think it can hurt your baby, but you really should tell your mom asap. The longer you wait, the more hurt she’ll be. Good luck.

it won’t kill your baby.. some people go a while into their pregnancy not knowing they’re pregnant and still take their birth control, and it doesn’t hurt their babies. but you need to stop taking it. like, on the back of mine it specifically says “do not take this drug if you become pregnant”

I don’t think it can do much damage but it’s not the smartest thing to do. Besides I don’t understand why you weren’t taking the pills in the first place, why would you pretend to take them? Now you have to tell your mom the truth and figure out what you’re going to do with your life.

Agreed with stephanie, generally if you don’t swallow the birth control pill, they don’t absorb into your body. And why would you hide pregnancy from your mother?

no. you need to tell your mom that you are pregnant though.
