Can't download custom hair clothes makeup

I have the sims2 expansion packs sims double deluxe,university,open4 business,night life,bon voyage,celebration stuff,seasons,freetime,apartime life,teen style stuff,h&m fashion stuff,sims2 kitchen&bath,glamour life the problem is I use to download custom contents hair, clothes and makeup but now it won’t except those downloads it just doesn’t show up in the game, it did before but now it doesn’t. I’m so frustrated I can’t play the game with those ugly corny hairdo’s and clothes but it does except objects furniture things like that helppp I’m going insane (lol not really)but I would like advice on what to do next thanks in advance.

have you tried looking up the “sims file maid 2”? download it and run it, then drag the files onto the scene that pops up and then they should appear on the game.
