Can I move out at 18 but still be in high school?

My dad says I cant move out at 18 and he’ll take me to court if I do,,,and that ill still be in high school so I cant move out is this at all true?!

Hope you have a job to support yourself ??? you will have to pay bills and work and go to school and if you dont have enough then it makes a child want to quit school and continue living on their own but without a good education you wont get good jobs . but we have kids here in Ga where I live that have moved out but ended up quitting school its sad but true. I wouldnt move out just because you dont like the rules of what your parents put on you . We do it for a reason to help you maybe they dont want you doing as they did as kids ??? You really need to sit and think cause if you move out you still have rules too , so be careful what you feel isnt fair cause life could come back and bite you and then where are you ???

not in massachutsetts because my sister couldnt stand my mom so she moved out at sixteen but her mail still came to our house

I guess it depends where you live so you’d have to ask the police dep.
